Johnson rushed twice for nine yards and caught both of his targets for 24 yards during Thursday's 21-17 win over the Jets.

Analysis: Though head coach Hue Jackson said it was a priority to get Johnson more involved in Week 3, that clearly fell to the wayside, as the dynamic running back played in just 38 percent of Cleveland's offensive snaps against the Jets. Over the first three games of the season, Johnson has just 15 total touches and five catches. The lack of involvement is starting to become a trend, leaving fantasy owners wondering if Johnson -- who caught 74 passes in 2017 -- is even worth a roster spot.

Niemann (hamstring) is doubtful to play in Sunday's game against the 49ers, Brooke Pryor of The Kansas City Star reports.

Analysis: Niemann appeared in line to play this weekend after logging a full practice Thursday. However, the linebacker may have suffered a setback, as Niemann was subsequently a limited practice participant on Friday. Unless his health takes a quick turnaround before gametime, Kansas City may have to look elsewhere for help on special teams.

Higgins caught all three of his targets for 32 yards during Thursday's 21-17 win over the Jets.

Analysis: Higgins was on the field for 54 of the team's 77 offensive snaps (70 percent), but wasn't really involved in the offense until Baker Mayfield took over. The two connected on three passes in the second half, including a deep pass that went for 19 yards. Higgins is clearly behind Jarvis Landry and rookie Antonio Callaway on the depth chart, though Mayfield's expected presence under center from here on out adds to Higgins' value.

Berry (heel) is doubtful to play in Sunday's game against the 49ers, Brooke Pryor of The Kansas City Star reports.

Analysis: Berry hasn't practiced in weeks as he works his way back from an unspecified heel injury. Unless he's surprisingly given the green light to play Sunday, look for the Chiefs to continue starting Eric Murray and Ron Parker at safety.

Adams and Wendell Smallwood are the only Philadelphia running backs not listed on the injury report for Sunday's game against the Colts, Eliot Shorr-Parks of 94 WIP Sports Radio reports.

Analysis: Jay Ajayi (back) and Darren Sproles (hamstring) have been ruled out, while Corey Clement (quad) is listed as questionable and tentatively expected to play. The undrafted rookie out of Notre Dame likely falls third in the pecking order, but he could move up to No. 2 if Clement is ruled out Sunday morning or suffers an in-game setback. Either way, Adams is likely headed for the first NFL regular-season appearance of his career.
